Returns and Refunds
A refund or replacement of goods will be offered under the following conditions.
Goods Damaged in transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a no charge replacement, freight free. To be able to claim a replacement of goods due to damage in transit you will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment.
Goods shipped incorrectly.
Unfortunately due to human error goods may be shipped incorrectly from time to time, if this occurs advise us accordingly ASAP and we will ship out the correct goods, you will need to return the incorrect goods to us
How to Make a Return
Please advise us via email and, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
What would you like us to do?
- Replace with another of the same product
- Refund my credit card (if you paid by credit card only)
- Refund by posting me a cheque or international money order.
